MBNA has been a client of Apex Engineering, Incorporated (Apex) since the company’s founding in 1995.  Bank of America has continued to hire Apex since they acquired MBNA in 2006.   Apex has prepared site design plans for MBNA office, office conversions, daycare, recreation, maintenance, and warehouse buildings in Delaware.  Apex has helped with the layout and modifications of the corporate campus in Delaware.  The complex is walkable with several outdoor spaces for the employees to gather and build teaming relationships that are conducive to their work environment. Our work has included performing topographic and utility surveys, site layout, grading, storm water management design, traffic engineering, permit obtainment services and the preparing and securing approval of land development and site construction plans.
